I have tried connecting to both devices via the APC serial cable from different computers and it will not communicate. If I run the wizard again, it sees it as an unconfigured device again. At this point everything seems ok, however the settings are not applied to the card as I cannot ping the new address, nor connect via web browser. I can enter IP, subnet and default gateway and select OK. Using the APC IP Configuration tool, it does detect the network cards as unconfigured and offers the ability to enter the IP address settings.
